first you need to transfer eth from CEX— CENTRALIZE EXCHANGE or DEX----- DECENTRIALIZE EXCHANGE. CEX like Binance or okx and kucoin you can use that to get eth then transfer from them to your metamask wallet make sure to copy the right wallet address network fees on the cex you using so it can go directly to scroll network on your metamask. after that you can click eth on the scroll bridge and swap it with any other token you want either eth coin or usdt coin depends had the case may be for you.

great tutorial. you can also opt to use bridge dApps/aggregators like orbiter/owlto/stargate to bridge your eth to scroll
