I deployed contracts, test project deploy on scroll. and I double checked my eligible last month.
But today your page says I am not eligible, and I didn’t deployed project.
Can you please let me know what happened?

I have the same problem…
I shows that I’m eligible but when trying to mint I have this message: Selected account is not eligible to mint because you didn’t deploy a project within 60 days of Genesis Block
