Build my own private scroll Layer2 on Sepolia for development test reason

I am trying to build my own private scroll Layer2 on Sepolia for test reason.
I have built the Scroll l2geth, but i don’t know how to start it to connect with my L1 contracts and rollup node.
There is no documentation on the repository.
If anyone can help out?
